Shipping Policy

The products listed on the website www.koffeco.in deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. Please check the delivery locations before placing the order. We have tied-up with a reliable logistics partner to ensure the delivery of non-perishable items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it is beyond our control.

Shipping Time

  •  Shipments take place on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or has been damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the product and immediately contact, info@koffeco.in mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure the replacement at the earliest.

Shipment Delay

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email to us at info@koffeco.in with your order number.

In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order (if the product(s) is/are still in stock), or issue a credit note, or reimburse the amount in full.
